ZIGBEE INVERTER SLAVE KIT Type 5
Connects SolarEdge inverters wirelessly to an Internet router using the ZigBee protocol.
This ZigBee unit is installed within the inverter enclosure for outdoor resilience and the antenna external to inverter for wider range.
The Home Gateway is required to complete the communication. This part is only the ZigBee adaptor for the inverter and can be used to expand the one-inverter coverage offered by the SE-1000-ZBGW-K
The Home Gateway supports up to 15 SolarEdge devices (e.g. inverters) on the wireless network.

Webconnect provides free access to Sunny Portal without additional data logger – easily via an existing Internet access and a DSL router. After the simple installation of the inverter interface which is optionally available or already integrated at the factory, you can commission the Webconnect.

SMA Sunny View
The Sunny View has more to offer than just reliable transmission of solar yields: its large, easy-to-read 5″ colour touch screen enables not only the display of all key PV plant data, but also keeps the plant operator updated with news, weather reports and social network messages via WiFi. The device communicates via Bluetooth with up to 12 inverters and will give you by an audio and visual warning signal if any faults occur.

SolarEdge Firefighter Safety GatewayThe firefighter gateway provides centralised safety management of SolarEdge systems: If the firefighter gateway is properly installed and fully functional, firefighters can halt production of a SolarEdge photovoltaic (PV) power harvesting system and have visual acknowledgement that the installation outputs a safe DC voltage. The power production can be stopped either manually through an emergency stop button or automatically through a Fire Alarm Control Panel system. This stops the AC production and reduces string DC voltage to a safe voltage using the unique SafeDC™ feature. The firefighter gateway can connect to SolarEdge inverters and to Safety and Monitoring Interfaces (SMIs).Although DC voltage can be reduced directly from the inverter/SMI or by shutting off the AC voltage, using the firefighter gateway provides a clear indication of DC voltage shutdown. The firefighter gateway enables shutting off the installation from a distance of up to 1,000m, while getting visual feedback that the PV installation is safe.
SolarEdge Control and Communication Gateway (HUB)
The SolarEdge Control and Communication Gateway expands the SolarEdge monitoring and control capabilities. It can be connected to SolarEdge and non-SolarEdge inverters, environmental sensors and revenue meters and can transfer the monitoring data to the SolarEdge monitoring server and optionally, to a non-SolarEdge logger.
The Control and Communication Gateway has an interface that allows for controlling of the SolarEdge inverters’ power.
